Hello, World - I'm Max
Hey there, I’m Max - a photographer, an avid traveller, and someone who rarely stays still for long.
I’m based in the UK and work full-time, but I’m lucky enough to have a “work from anywhere” perk that I fully embrace. Whether it’s a quick weekend escape or a month-long journey, I’m usually planning my next trip, sometimes around meetings, sometimes around sunsets. It’s a balancing act, but one I genuinely enjoy.
Right now, I’m on a personal mission: to visit every European country (that’s safe to visit) before I turn 30. Europe fascinates me! The sheer diversity packed into such a small area, the layered histories, the borders that exist on paper but feel invisible in person… it all draws me in.
Photography is how I process the world. It’s my way of capturing not just what I see, but what I feel when I’m out there - the fleeting light, the everyday moments, and the occasional geopolitical oddity that makes me pause and dig deeper. I’ve always been intrigued by the hidden corners, the quirks of borders, and the places that don’t always make the top 10 lists and this blog is where I plan to share those discoveries.
